I saw this Coffee Flavor wheel when I was at my local coffee shop here in Cardiff, CA.  I was struck by its beauty...

And later I found another experience wheel that I find helpful for my acting classes...

This is a great architecture for understanding experiences and the emotions they create. After all, it's the feelings from our products and services that ultimately determine what people buy.  And this kind of map can be very helpful because sometimes people don't even know what they're feeling.

This would be called a lagging indicator of experience design.  

Could there be a map of leading indicators?
